Any references to “you”, “your”, “User”, or “Client” refers to anyone accessing this website or using our services. USE OF OUR SERVICE AND CLIENT ACCOUNTS
Clients must be at least eighteen (18) years old in order to use the website and our services. By using this website and our services, you represent, acknowledge and agree that you are at least 18 years of age and have the right, authority and capacity to agree to and abide by these Terms. You also represent that you will use the website and our services in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. In order to use any of the services offered by SFS, including but not limited to, resume review, career counseling, interview coaching, social media review and job application assistance, you will have to use a Microsoft Business Standard Account, which will be provided to you, after the initial consultation. You must choose your own password. You agree not to use any other person's client account. You also agree to allow SFS representatives to use this account. When giving information to the SFS representative, you represent that all information given is accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify The Job Hunters immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. The Job Hunters will not be liable for any losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account. TJH may terminate this Agreement and your use of this website and our services at any time without notice if we believe that you are less than 18 years old or if you have violated this Agreement in any other way.
PAYMENT AND FEES
If you purchase any of our career services, The Job Hunters will collect the total price of the package in accordance with the pricing terms on the website. Payment for TJH services is due upfront and collected before our work begins. TJH is not responsible for any fees charged to you by your bank in relation to our collection of payment. As part of any purchase made through the website, you will be asked to provide your name, email, number, billing address, and credit or debit card information to either TJH or a third party payment processor. You agree to pay TJH for any services purchased by one of the methods described on the website. You hereby authorize the collection of such amounts by charging the credit card provided as part of requesting the service either directly by TJH or indirectly via a third-party payment processor or by one of the payment methods described on the website. If you are directed to TJH third-party payment processor, you may be subject to terms and conditions governing the use of that third party’s service and that third party’s personal information collection practices. Refunds, if any, are at the sole and absolute discretion of TJH through the “Enrollment Agreement” and will be in the form of either a credit for TJH services or a money-back refund. In the event that TJH terminates your account or this Agreement for your breach of this Agreement, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any unused time on any package or fees for any portion of our services, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else.
SERVICE EXPIRATION
All services purchased must be redeemed with 90 days of purchasing the service. For resume writing services, if the client does not contact their TJH representative within 90 days to begin work on the resume, your purchased services will be considered void with no-refunds given. Should the client fail to contact their representative or a The Job Hunters representative within 90 days of ordering the service, their order will be marked as "completed" and no refund will be given.
PRIVACY
Please review TJH’s Privacy Policy which is available below. The Privacy Policy explains how we treat the information that we collect from you. You agree that we may treat your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
CLIENT CONTENT
You are solely responsible for the information, opinions, messages, comments, photos, videos, graphics, sounds, and other content or material that you submit, upload, post or otherwise make available on or through the website and/or the services. You may not upload, post or otherwise make available on the website any material protected by copyright, trademark, or any other proprietary right without the express permission of the owner of such copyright, trademark or other proprietary right owned by a third party, and the burden of determining whether any material is protected by any such right is on you. The Job Hunters may modify or adapt your Client Content in order to transmit, display or distribute them over computer networks and in various media and/or make changes to your Client Content as necessary to conform and adapt them to any requirements or limitations of any networks, devices, services or media. You agree to pay all royalties, fees, damages and any other monies owing any person by reason of any Client Content posted by you to or through the website.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The website and services and all materials contained therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and client content, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of The Job Hunters and its licensors.
